Commitment for Community!

We are excited to invite you to take part in the 2027 NCB Employee Giving Campaign!   This campaign is a meaningful opportunity for all of us to come together in support of the causes and communities that matter most to us, while living our cooperative principle of showing concern for community: “Do Well To Do Good.”

The Giving Campaign makes it easy and flexible to support the charities you care about most. Whether your gift supports hunger relief, housing stability, human rights, education, or another important cause, every contribution reflects our shared commitment to strengthening communities and helping create positive change.

Your generosity also helps extend NCB’s broader community impact. Each year, NCB matches the total amount raised by employees to fund our internal Corporate Contributions Committee (CCC), which distributes donations to worthy charitable organizations. Thanks to your incredible support last year, employees raised $152,316 helping NCB support many meaningful causes.

This year’s campaign will run from September 1 – September 30, 2026. We hope you will join us in celebrating the power of giving and the difference we can make together through the 2027 NCB Employee Giving Program!
