Commitment for Community!

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the 2025 NCB Employee Giving Campaign. It’s a chance for us to live by the cooperative principle of showing concern for community, “Do  Well To Do Good”.

The Giving Campaign supports the causes you care about through easy and flexible donations. By giving to the charity or charities of your choice, you are not only showing your commitment to the community, but also helping to solve some of the most urgent problems in our society, such as hunger, homelessness, human rights, education, and more. Together, we can make a positive impact in our communities. 

As a bonus, your generosity will also benefit NCB’s corporate contributions. Each year, NCB matches the total amount of money raised by employees to fund our internal Corporate Contributions Committee (CCC). This committee then distributes donations to various worthy charities. Thanks to your amazing contributions last year, we were able to raise $111,645 and support many great causes.
